Terms and Conditions

Introduction
These Terms and Conditions of Use govern your access to and use of the websites operated by Innoweb OOD under the Archsplace brand, including www.archsplace.co.uk and associated subdomains such as architects.archsplace.com, users.archsplace.com, and partners.archsplace.com (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. The Platform is only available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights related to the Platform and its content belong to Innoweb and/or its licensors. You are granted a limited license only for viewing the content for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Restrictions
You are specifically restricted from: - Republishing any Platform content in any other media; - Selling, sublicensing, or commercialising any Platform material; - Publicly performing or showing any Platform material; - Using the Platform in any way that could damage it or impair access; - Violating applicable laws or regulations; - Engaging in data mining or similar activities; - Using the Platform to send unauthorised marketing or advertising. Innoweb may restrict access to parts of the Platform at its sole discretion. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials.
User Content
"User Content" refers to any material (text, images, videos, etc.) submitted by you to the Platform. By submitting User Content, you grant Innoweb a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with the Platform and its marketing. You confirm that you own all rights to the User Content and that it does not infringe on third-party rights.
Commission
As of January 1st, 2021, Archsplace charges a 10% commission on the total architect-defined amount for orders placed via the Platform. This commission is added on top of the architect’s quoted price and is paid by the client. Innoweb reserves the right to change this rate with prior notice.
Privacy
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how your data is collected and handled.
No warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” without any warranties. Innoweb does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information on the Platform.
Limitation of liability
Innoweb and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the Platform, including indirect or consequential damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Innoweb harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
Severability
Innoweb may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform indicates your acceptance of any changes.

Assignment
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without prior written consent. Innoweb may assign its rights freely.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Innoweb regarding the use of the Platform.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
