The questions people ask before renewing a facade.
What does a facade design deliver?
Elevations, 3D images of the result and the specification of cladding, windows and lighting. Each proposal describes the deliverables before you decide.
Can it be designed from photos alone?
Yes. Front and side photos, the main measurements and a video are enough. A visit, when it helps, is arranged directly with the architect.
Does changing the facade need approval?
In some buildings and some cities, yes. Describe the situation in the brief and the architects tell you what applies.
How much does it cost?
Publishing is free. Each professional sends their own proposal, with a price and a timeline. You pay per stage, as you approve the deliveries.
Does the design include the works?
No. You contract the works with the design in hand. If you want supervision, ask in the brief and filter architects by your region.
