Can the kitchen open onto the living room?

Yes. I would take that wall down and add a counter. Proposal coming today.

Great, thanks.

— FAQ

Questions about hiring an architect online

The questions people ask before hiring an architect for the first time.

Can an architecture project be done entirely online?

Yes. The brief, the proposals, the contract, the deliveries and the payments all happen on the platform. Site visits, when needed, are arranged directly with the architect.

How much does it cost to hire an architect on Archsplace?

Publishing is free. Each professional sends their own proposal, with a price and a timeline. You pay per stage, as you approve the deliveries.

How do I know the architect is trustworthy?

Each profile shows training, portfolio and reviews from previous clients. The contract and the stages are recorded on the platform.

Does the architect need to be in my city?

No. The design work is remote. If you want site supervision, filter architects by your region when comparing proposals.

What if I don't like the proposals?

You are not obliged to hire. Adjust the brief or wait for new proposals. Nothing is charged until you sign with someone.
